Ivan - are you serious?
It's the millionaire guy who adopts Annie in Annie. He is the bald guy who walks around always smoking a cigar. The only time he stops smoking is to sing that rediculous "let's go to the movies" song. Hmm, maybe I know this movie a little too well. =)
